Behind the name hae.works

We started trading in 1997 as a heating and boiler contractor serving residential properties in and around Wimbledon. Over three decades, we've built lasting relationships with property managers, letting agents and homeowners, the kind that come from turning up on time, doing the job properly and sending the paperwork without being asked.

Our client base has grown through referral and reputation. Many of the property managers we work with today have been with us for years. That kind of longevity isn't accidental, it's earned.

For most of our history, we traded as London and Surrey Gas Services. In 2026, we rebranded to hae.works - a name that reflects the full scope of what we do: Heating, Aircon, and Electrical.

The name changed. The team didn't. The standards didn't. The phone number didn't. hae.works is the same trusted contractor with a brand that better represents the breadth and professionalism of our service.
