All gas work carried out by hae.works is completed by Gas Safe registered engineers. Our registration is current, verifiable and covers all domestic gas appliance work including boiler installation, servicing and Gas Safety Certificates.

Our electricians are NICEIC registered, meeting the highest standards for domestic electrical work. NICEIC registration provides independent verification that our electrical installations and testing meet current BS 7671 wiring regulations.

hae.works is a Worcester Bosch Approved Installer, trained and assessed directly by Worcester Bosch to install and service their range of boilers. This accreditation gives your tenants and landlords access to extended manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.

As a Vaillant Approved Installer, hae.works meets Vaillant's standards for installation quality and customer service. Vaillant Approved status provides access to extended warranties and priority support from the manufacturer.

Annual Gas Safety Certificates are a legal requirement for all rented properties with gas appliances. hae.works delivers CP12 inspections on schedule, coordinates tenant access where required, and provides digital certificates directly to you.

EICRs are a legal requirement for rented properties in England, with reports valid for five years. hae.works schedules and completes EICR inspections across portfolios, provides clear reports and flags any remedial work required, with timescales for completion.

hae.works holds comprehensive public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
