Since 2020, EICRs have been a legal requirement for all rented properties in England, and must be renewed every five years. hae.works is NICEIC registered and provides EICR inspections, clear reporting, and any remedial work required.

Yes. hae.works is both a Worcester Bosch Approved Installer and a Vaillant Approved Installer. This means our engineers are trained and assessed directly by both manufacturers, and installations come with extended manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years depending on the model.

While we are approved installers for Worcester Bosch and Vaillant, our Gas Safe registered engineers are qualified to service, repair and install boilers from all major UK brands including Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm, Potterton, and more.
